Training Phase: Practical Life & Work Skills
From months 5 to 9, students participate in Personal Studies for New Life in Christ, character development exercises, scripture memorization, and reading assignments. Vocational skills training is also expanded in this phase to prepare for real-world employment.

The final phase focuses on independence, including job readiness, time and financial management, community reintegration, and outreach. Men share their testimonies at churches and engage in service projects, reinforcing their sense of purpose and leadership.
Graduates may also enroll in a 6-month Restoration Phase or a 12-month internship to continue growing.
