For privacy reasons, we often will not leave a message and you may not recognize the caller ID, so it may appear that we didn’t call at all. If we do not have a chance to connect by phone within 48 hours, please call us directly at the number listed on this website (during normal business hours).
When we call you, we can either schedule a time to talk later, or we can take time right then to provide you with more information. We’ll describe our costs and procedures so you know what to expect, and answer any questions you may have.
